Amazon Seller Account Reimbursements Training
Video Course With Email Templates
Did you know that sellers are entitled to hundreds, and sometimes THOUSANDS of dollars in reimbursements from Amazon?
There are times that the products we send in to Amazon get damaged, lost or destroyed. The policy is that if it is to any fault of Amazon’s, then they will reimburse us automatically. After a set amount of time, depending on the situation.
Unfortunately, that doesn’t always happen. They are a big company. Things slip through the cracks.
But, on who’s dime? Not yours my friend!
Introducing The Amazon Sellers Reimbursement Video Training!
We have put together a video course to show you exactly how to get back that money Amazon may owe you.
Using the top 5 methods of getting reimbursements back, we walk you step by step through the entire process.
You will see exactly which reports to run, how to reconcile them and even the email templates to use in your seller support cases!
We don’t believe in opening cases for bogus reasons. Or wasting seller support time and effort.
If you are opening a case, it is because you should really be getting a reimbursement.
I want to thank you, Jessica, for putting this course out to get our money back that we are entitled to from Amazon. I still have a few cases that AZ hasn’t answered yet, but so far I have received a total of $3152.02 back from just 3 lessons, Damaged ($1343.14), Lost items (1333.58) and Customer Refunds (475.30)!Peter
Don’t Let Any More Money Slip Through The Cracks!
These videos will walk you step by step how to get back the money that is owed to you.
Lost Items - Things that were in the Amazon warehouse, and then walked away.
Damaged Items That Were Destroyed - Products that were damaged inside of the Amazon warehouse and have been removed from your inventory
Damaged Items Still In Inventory - If you show unfulfillable products in your inventory, we show you which one’s qualify for reimbursement.
Destroyed Items - Sometimes items get destroyed by the Amazon team for one reason or another. If you didn’t ask for it, then you should get that money back!
Customer Returns - Have you ever had an order refunded our of your seller account, and then the product never returned to your inventory? This is because Amazon gives the buyer 30 days to return the product. If they never return the item, you should get reimbursed.
Inbound Shipment Errors - You know those times that you send in 5 of something, but Amazon says you only sent in 3? You can ask for reimbursement on those items too!
And In Case You Don’t Know Me…
I’m Jessica Larrew, and I am 1/3 of the crew here at TheSellingFamily.com. I’m the main teacher in the bunch. So, it’s my voice you will hear behind the screen for most of the ‘Selling Family’ trainings. But, my sweet hubby does most of the on screen demos for you! (I’m a little camera shy I guess). Our kiddo Aiden is pretty sure he’s the boss in this house and even likes to help in the business! He is in charge of turning all of the blank address labels into colorful stickers, as well as popping all of the excess bubble wrap.
Unexpected Job Loss
When I was 23 I was working at a job that seemed super secure and had lots of growth potential. Then the housing market took a dive and my job went along with it. I decided to turn what was a hobby business at the time (selling on eBay) and turn it into my full time gig. I was able to replace my (measly) $20,000 a year income with that. Unfortunately it wasn’t scalable and took a lot of time!
We Made This A Family Business
It was then I looked into Amazon and realized that was what I had been looking for! A system that could allow me to scale my business, while keeping my hours down. That first year selling on Amazon I made over six figures IN PROFIT! Well, that was enough to convince me and my hunny that we should do this thing together. So, he quit his more significantly paying job and we have been running this as a family business ever since.
A Little More About Me
Outside of running our own six-figure Amazon FBA business, and teaching others to do the same. I LOVE going to Disneyland and traveling with my family. The freedom of not having “normal jobs” has been such a blessing to our family and our son has no clue what it is like to have “working” parents. I absolutely love teaching people how to build Amazon businesses and I feel so blessed to be able to do it as a second job.
