Customer FAQ's

We accept credit cards through the Stripe payment processor as well as Paypal payments.

We want you to feel 100% confident in your purchases with us! Each offering will specify the refund period on the sales page. 

Our courses & ebooks come with a 30-day money back guarantee. I know it can be scary trusting that someone can actually teach you what they say they will. That's why if you buy one of my courses and decide it wasn't right for you, no worries! Just let us know within 30 days and we will refund the purchase for you.  

Digital downloads like templates / planners do not come back with a money back guarantee (unless they don't download or something like that). We show exactly what you are getting at the time of purchase, so there will be no surprises.

Coaching of any type is non-refundable. If you are unsure about what you will receive during our time together, please contact me and we can make sure coaching is a good fit prior to moving forward.

Ultimately, I want you to be happy with your purchase from me. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and I'll make it right!

Unless otherwise stated, our courses come with ‘lifetime access'. This means as long as we are still selling the course, you can access it in our member's area. 

If we retire the course and need to remove it from our hosting system, we will let you know and give you at least 30-days notice to get ‘one last look' at the materials. 

Typically, if something is retired, it is no longer relevant to today's industry standards. 

I'm sorry! We have discontinued and retired all of our Amazon FBA courses as of July 2023. These course had become outdated and were no longer being updated. At this time these courses are no longer available to access.

We keep all of your paid courses and templates inside of our Low Content School membership portal.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer one-on-one support after course purchases. We believe in empowering our students to learn independently and offer comprehensive materials within our courses to facilitate self-learning.

However, if you encounter a training error or technical issue within the course materials, please let us know via our helpdesk. We will be happy to assist you in resolving any issues related to the course content.
